Backers,
Great news — our container of 3,000 DoubleFlex Black PROs / Personal Gym PROs will arrive at our US warehouse tomorrow!
Shipping Timeline:
It will take our warehouse a few days to check in the container, so we'll be locking everyone's survey tomorrow (Friday at noon CT) and providing our warehouse with everyone's final shipping information. We anticipate shipping will begin late next week with US orders shipping first, followed by international since they have to be created by hand due to customs.
When your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received an email, your order hasn't shipped.
Kickstarter Live Event:
OYO is hosting a Kickstarter Live Event with Fitness Director, Nick Bolton, on Wednesday, August 29th at 2p CT. Nick will show you how to set up your OYO DoubleFlex Black PRO and Bluetooth connect to our new OYO Coaching App.

The OYO Coaching App is Available for iOS!
We're proud to announce that the OYO Coaching App is now available for download in the Apple iTunes store.
To download: open this link in your iPhone / iPad's browser or search "OYO Fitness" in the App Store app on your iPhone / iPad.
The Coaching App is still in Beta, so we'd love for everyone to download and try it. If you have any questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected].
One important note when setting up your Coaching App — We have rebranded the DoubleFlex Black to the OYO Personal Gym, so DoubleFlex Black users should select "OYO Personal Gym LE" and PRO users should select "OYO Personal Gym PRO" when setting up the Coaching App.

Backers,
As we move to shipping the DoubleFlex Black PRO, we wanted to provide an update to give the latest:
OYO Gym / DoubleFlex Black PRO:
First, the OYO Team would like to thank you for your support of helping make the DoubleFlex Black & PRO come to life. All Pre-Orders were fulfilled many months ago -- except the PRO model, which has sensors built in that connect to the OYO Coaching App for real time tracking. The PRO became a very expensive and complex development program to integrate the electronics, sensors, firmware and Bluetooth connect to the OYO App. I AM HAPPY TO REPORT WE HAVE NOW PRODUCED 3,000 PRO UNITS TO FULFILL ALL ORDERS.
Here's the timing:
As you know we're splitting shipping from two warehouses: Taiwan (our factory location) & US. SE Asian Backers + Australia & New Zealand will be shipped from direct from Taiwan and the rest will ship from our US warehouse.

US Shipments — 3,000 PRO's left Taiwan on 7/17, so they'll land in the US in mid-August as we previously shared. We'll provide our fulfillment warehouse with everyone's PRO order details prior to the container landing, so as soon as the product is checked in (takes a day or two due to the volume) we'll start shipping. International orders have to be done by hand, so normally US orders go out first, followed by international.

Taiwan Shipments — we're providing our Taiwan fulfillment warehouse with order details on Monday. It will a day or two to process, so hopefully the orders will go out the door by end of July.
Both US & Taiwan backers will receive an email with tracking information when your PRO order ships.
OYO Coaching App (iOS):
We have submitted the OYO Coaching App to the Apple App Store as of Thursday night! It can take up to a week for Apple to approve, but we anticipate it being ready early August. Fingers crossed!
The Coaching App will be live by the time the first backers receive their PRO.
We know we had some requests to see screenshots of the app, but we'll be sending another update next week specifically about the app, so we're going to wait until then.
Android PRO Backers:
To Android PRO Backers, we wanted to provide two quick updates:

Android Release — We're working with our App Developer on timing of Android release. We know everyone is anxious to receive it, but ideally we'll feedback from the iOS version, so that the app we release to Android users includes that feedback & upgrades. Tentatively we're targeting an Android release by the end of the year.

Workout Videos — However, anyone will be able watch the same workout videos on our OYO Fitness website & YouTube Channel.

Backers,
As we're approaching shipping for the DoubleFlex Black PRO, I wanted to send out a quick update, as well as announce a contest we're running.
PRO Update
The DoubleFlex Black PRO / OYO Gym PRO is now in full production and will be done early next week. At that point the units will be split between our Taiwanese and US warehouses for fulfillment to PRO backers.
We're on schedule to start shipping in late July to backers in Asia from Taiwan and the rest of the world in August from the US. Our goal was to start shipping for everyone in July, but it seems that we'll be missing backers shipped from the US by a few weeks. We so appreciate your patience and are sorry for that slight delay.
OYO Coaching App Update
Our new OYO Coaching App will be available on the Apple iTunes store by late July as well. A wide range of workouts developed by OYO Director of Fitness, Nick Bolton will be available including: strength, HIIT, body sculpting, cardio, yoga and Pilates.

My trip to Taiwan was fantastic, but it's good to be back home in Kansas City!
The DoubleFlex Black / Personal Gym PRO now in Production
Everything is going great and on time for the DoubleFlex Black / Personal Gym PRO. We are so excited to get the PRO unit into everyone's hands. It brings the DoubleFlex Black experience to a whole new level by getting live feedback while you work out so you know your workout tempo is exactly as it should be.
While I was in Taiwan, I was able to test the first 50 units off the production line and oversee the QA and assembly process. We're now in production with the PCB (chips); this will be followed by assembling the units in mid-June. As we mentioned in our last update, here's the estimated shipping timelines:
Coaching App Timing & Note for Android Phone Users:
We'll have the OYO Coaching App ready for download from the Apple App Store by the time the first PRO units are shipped to you! Android users can access these OYO Coaching videos via our website in July and we hope to have an Android version out at year end.
Next Steps: Locking Addresses & Charging Credit Cards:
Since we're so close to shipping, we're going to lock down address and charging credit cards early next week for PRO orders.
