We've received a couple questions on how to attach the FlexPacks. It can be a little bit tricky before you get used to it, so we put together a quick video. 

A couple tips / reminders:

  • The 10lb FlexPack has to be attached first to the DoubleFlex unit. The 5lb won't fit. 
  • Make sure the DoubleFlex is fully open & the cables taut. Nick demonstrates some tips on how to do this easily. 
  • Make sure the FlexPack is being pushed in flush. All the FlexPack teeth should enter at the same time. 
  • Press the FlexPack in with the heal of your hand at the center. It helps with alignment and makes sure you're putting in the right amount of pressure. 

Also, one other thing to note: if you look at the FlexPack or DoubleFlex unit, you'll notice that one of the teeth / grooves is flat & different than the others. This is by design and makes sure the FlexPack is entering at the right position.

Backers, 

It is so fun to get emails and Kickstarter comments of you receiving your DoubleFlex Black and starting to work out with it! Great reviews so far. 

I wanted to send out a quick update on shipping:

 

Taiwan Shipping (SE Asia):

Our fulfillment partner has shipped out a majority of the orders that include just DoubleFlex units. They needed to acquire boxes to fit the orders that include mats and/or bags. I believe those boxes are on their way and they'll get the rest of the orders out next week.

 

US Shipping (Everyone Else):

Our US Fulfillment Partner has shipped out over 3,300 orders over the last week. They have absolutely been hustling! Here's a quick update from them:

  • US Addresses — They also ran out of boxes for orders that included the DoubleFlex plus mat and/or bag. Those boxes have arrived and I believe they think all orders will be out the door today. 
  • International Addresses — The international orders are about half way complete. Their stamps.com account has been freezing up since they haven't had this many international orders in a long time! They are having to enter these orders manually due to customs, so they are taking a little bit longer. The are shooting to be fully done by Wednesday of next week. 

One note: if you don't get an email with tracking information by the end of the day (US orders) or Wednesday (International orders), please don't be concerned. Your order is being processed. These are only estimates; your order is coming. :)

 

Update to Everyone:

A couple things that's for everyone:

  • Email Earlier this Week — sorry for the slightly confusing language on the email from our OYO Fitness account earlier this week. We were simply saying that everyone's orders are being processed, not that they were necessarily out the door and en route. Please check out that email for how to set up your DoubleFlex & some first great exercises. 
  • Delay on Tracking Numbers — don't get confused if you receive a tracking number, but when you click the link it just shows that the label has been created. There often is a delay between when the fulfillment house prints the labels and when the order is actually put together and picked up by the shipping company. 
  • Tracking Numbers from BackerKit — I am releasing an email from BackerKit which will also include Tracking Information. Not everyone will receive this email; I receive daily reports, so I am only up to date as of yesterday.

Last Call on Addresses — Really this Time!!

Get your address finalized by Sunday at midnight CST. 

Monday morning, bright & early, we're exporting DoubleFlex Black orders to our fulfillment partners. 

If your survey isn't complete or there's an outstanding balance for add-on's then your order won't ship. 

(If you upgraded to the PRO, your survey will remain unlocked and we'll lock it when we're closer to shipping in early 2018. We'll send out a similar announcement then)

 

How to find your Survey:

If it's been awhile since you filled out your Survey and aren't sure where it is... you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.

Remember, if you placed your order recently, you'll receive your Backer Survey 14 days after your order was placed. This is due to Indiegogo's refund policy & this policy saves some administrative headaches. 

 

Shipping Starts Monday & Will Last Two Weeks

We will start to process orders on Monday and it will take 24 hours to get into our fulfillment centers' system. Once everything is loaded up and confirmed, they'll begin shipping. 

We are going to do shipping over a 2 week period starting with the earliest backers. We'll ship Kickstarter backers before Indiegogo. 

When your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking information. 

 

If you ordered both the DoubleFlex Black and the DoubleFlex PRO

If you ordered both the DoubleFlex Black and the DoubleFlex PRO, we will automatically split your orders so that we'll ship your Black and mats/bags now, and then ship your PRO when it is available in March.

DoubleFlex Black Backers, 

It's time to finalize your address! We are quickly moving towards fulfilling backers who pledged for the DoubleFlex Black Portable Gym and want to make sure we give everyone one last chance to double check their address. 

 

We are locking Surveys at noon CT on Friday! 

At noon we're going to lock addresses and export to our fulfillment houses in the US and Taiwan. Over the next few weeks we'll process orders and begin shipping. We'll keep everyone up to date on when exactly shipping will happen, but first step is to get addresses finalized & surveys locked down. 

(If you upgraded to the PRO, your survey will remain unlocked and we'll lock it when we're closer to shipping in early 2018. We'll send out a similar announcement then)

Also, remember, you will receive your survey 14 days after ordering due to Indiegogo's refund policy. So, if you haven't received your survey and ordered less than 2 weeks ago, that's why.

It's right at 20 minutes long. OYO Fitness Director, Nick Bolton, shares some common basic movements, as well as a few advanced combination moves. Definitely worth a watch, especially with the DoubleFlex Black shipping to everyone next month.
